How long does a deployment take?
A compact DGX Spark deployment (hardware on a shelf + model running) is typically done in 1-2 days. Larger rack installs with custom fine-tuning take 1-3 weeks depending on data volume and integration complexity.
What does it cost?
Hardware starts around $3,500 for a DGX Spark (GB10) and scales up from there. Our installation, configuration, and data-loading service is quoted per project. There are no ongoing per-token or per-seat fees - just your support SLA if you want one.
Can it really run without internet?
Yes. Once deployed, the model runs entirely on your hardware. We can configure it with zero external network access if your compliance team requires a true air-gap. Updates and model swaps happen manually on scheduled maintenance windows.
What if we want to switch models later?
Open weights are yours to keep. Swapping to a newer or better model (say, Meta releases Llama 4 and it's meaningfully better for your use case) is a maintenance task, not a migration project. We handle it under your support contract.
Do we need an IT team to run it?
No. That's the point of the support SLA. Most of our clients have zero dedicated IT staff. We monitor the box remotely (if you allow it) and handle anything that needs hands-on attention as an on-site service call.
