Terms of Service

The straightforward version of what you agree to when we install something for you.

Last updated · January 2026

Plain English first. When you book us, we agree to show up on time, do the job we quoted, stand behind our work, and not surprise you with hidden charges. You agree to pay us when we finish, give us safe access to the install location, and tell us about anything we should know (pets, gate codes, allergies, building rules).

1. Services we provide

infrastruQture provides installation, deployment, and maintenance services for smart home devices, commercial low-voltage systems (networking, AV, security, access control), and autonomous robotics (mowing, actuators, industrial automation). Specific scope is set out in your booking confirmation.

2. Quotes and pricing

The price range shown in our concierge or estimator is an estimate, not a commitment. Your final price is confirmed after the on-site assessment (residential) or scoping call (commercial / robotics). Once we've quoted a fixed price and you've approved it, we don't add unannounced charges.

If we discover something during the job that materially changes the scope, we stop, call you, and get your sign-off before continuing.

3. Booking and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Same-day cancellations may incur a $75 dispatch fee for residential and 25% of the scoped total for commercial.

4. Payment

Residential: payment due on completion. We accept card, ACH, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Commercial: Net-30 with approved credit, or 50% deposit / 50% on completion.

5. Our workmanship guarantee

If something we installed isn't working right within 90 days of the install, we come back and fix it. No arguments, no extra charges. This covers our work; it does not cover device failures (those go to manufacturer warranty), customer-caused damage, or modifications by other parties.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Limits of liability

We're insured and bonded. If we damage your property through our negligence, we fix or replace it up to the cost of the work we performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, manufacturer device failures, or pre-existing conditions we did not cause.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in Travis County, Texas, unless your contract specifies arbitration.
